Membership in AGA is limited to those in the advertising business or directly associated with it. |

Membership will be divided into "Regular" membership, "Non-resident" membership and "Retired" membership. "Regular" and "Non-resident" membership shall be limited to individuals in four basic groups. "Advertisers", "Agencies", "Media" and "Suppliers". "Non-resident" members are defined as those whose residence and/or business is more than 75 miles from Portland, Oregon. "Retired" members are individuals who are retired or not now affiliated with the advertising profession. |

Integrity and professional conduct is an AGA Tradition. |

DON LAWTON FOUNDER'S TROPHY - Three qualifications will be considered in making this award.
| • Significantly consistent improvement of one's golf game in AGA play. |
| • Consistent observance of rules and etiquette of golf and principles of AGA on and off the golf course. |
| • Participation in at least four of the home AGA tournaments during the current season. The award will be made at the final AGA meeting of the year and will include a rotating trophy and a choice of one of the class prizes. |

THE PRESIDENT FRANK TROPHY - (in memory of Frank Coffin, former President of AGA)-given annually to the member with the lowest average net of four best games of the year. |

THE JACK MOYS OUTSTANDING SERVICE TROPHY - Awarded annually to the member whose generous spirit and devotion to AGA are worthy of special commendation. |

THE PAST PRESIDENT'S TROPHY - Awarded to the low net Past President in the annual Past Presidents' Tournament (held in conjunction with one regular AGA event). (Handicap used is that at start of season.) |
